Important tips to get into modeling, Portfolio Building Photographer

Here are some tips to if you want to start out in modeling.

1. Practice in front of the mirror.  Practicing your posing, practice your angles and place your hands in ways that frame your face.  Triangles will appease the eyes.
2. Practice being in from of the camera, build your confidence.
3. Get a awesome modeling portfolio.  Hire a professional photographer in your area to  start building your portfolio.
4. Find a talent agency to help you find jobs.

Those are some important tips to get into modeling.

Morgan Miller has been modeling for 8 years, she loves being in front of the camera and loves getting unique images.  She has been mostly a bikini model, but she wanted some different images for her modeling portfolio.  We brainstormed together and we came up with a shoot in the rain, and shooting with gels.  Morgan had never photographed with colored gels, so this would be perfect.  The best shots came from the rain machine.  A white t-shirt, wet hair and a beautiful model produced some epic images.
